About
I was born in 1987 and I live in São Lourenço, a small town in southeastern Brazil. I’ve been curious about how things work for as long as I can remember, which usually meant taking things apart, asking too many questions, and getting lost in books, code, and strange ideas.
What I Do
I work across technology, education, research, and writing. My main languages are Python and Go, and I have a soft spot for FreeBSD and Linux.
I like building useful things, exploring weird ones, and learning far more than is probably necessary. My background is a bit all over the place, but somehow it all connects: logic, creativity, systems, people, and the endless urge to understand what is going on under the hood.
How I Work
I’m naturally antisocial, so quiet places, computers, books, and long stretches of focused work feel pretty normal to me. I also care a lot about making knowledge more:
- Accessible
- Less bureaucratic
- Less painful than it usually is
Affiliations
I’m a member of:
- IEEE
- IEEE Computer Society
- IEEE Education Society
Equipment
If you are curious about the hardware that powers my work and projects, you can check out my Servers & Homelab and my Personal Machines.
Most days I’m coding, reading, researching, writing, or starting one more project than I should.
